Birds of the Zambezi Region of Namibia

With over 400 recorded species, the Zambezi Region of Namibia — also referred to as the Caprivi Strip — is a prime birdwatching area. Travelers keen on birding will want to check out the Four Rivers Route, a safari trip that includes nights along four major rivers — the Zambezi, the Chobe, the Kavango (Okavango), and the Kwando. This is only a small sampling of what I spotted during my trip, frankly, the birds whose photos turned out.
