Travels in Shanghai (Video)
Shanghai is China’s commercial center, maybe a little snobby at times, but definitely modern and on the move. With the classy look of the waterfront along the Bund and the bright lights and glitz around Nanjing Road and People’s Square, Shanghai offers modern China at its best. But with that comes a few pests and peculiarities. I put this video together to try to get a feel for what I felt and saw when I first visited. Hawkers? You got ’em. Traditional noodles? Of course. And just a rush of people and flashing lights.
